Bradford AP Academy (BAPA)is part of Exceed Academies Trust, which currently consists of fourteen academies; ten primary schools, an all-through primary-to-secondary academy, two alternative provision academies (Primary and Secondary), and a specialist setting for children/young people who suffer from social, emotional and mental health difficulties. The Trust has an excellent reputation within Bradford and beyond, and an outstanding track record of supporting staff in developing their careers through specialist training lead by the Exceed Teaching School Hub and our Outstanding SCITT.
Being part of our trust means that the Behaviour and Learning Practitioner with lunchtime supervision will have a team of colleagues across the other trust schools and organisations to work and collaborate with.
Bradford AP Academy are looking to appoint 2x Behaviour and Learning Practitioners with lunchtime supervision to join their team, one based at our Aireview site and one based at our Jesse Street site. The aim of the role will be to support students with challenging behaviour. Within the role, it is expected that you will work closely with the teaching staff and Head of Centre (HOC) to successfully lead and manage pupils to improve engagement and reduce barriers to learning and success.
